Shipping Costs & Timescales

 

The price of postage is set by our product fulfilment centre and will vary based on the product and where it is being shipped to. Please check before completing your purchase, as the postage cost will be confirmed in your basket before completing your purchase.

 

Shipping timescales will vary based on the product and where it is being shipped to. A rough guide is that most products to the UK will take between 4 and 12 business days, but the shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

 

We are only able to provide returns for faulty products.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or to exchange sizes.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
